My stay have been very smooth and I have enjoyed being a resident of the Buckingham Apartments. I am grateful to the staff for their help during my stay. The staff has been very friendly and helpful to me and has made me feel like a welcome resident. They have provided me helpful information about how to find things in Back Bay. They have informed me about how to find keys to get into the apartment when I arrive late in the evening from a prolonged absence. Everything has worked perfectly. I greatly appreciate their help in making bookings for my stays at Buckingham. I want to thank them for all their help.

The location is great, the apartments are clean, and the staff is very polite. The Prudential is just a block away. They offered what they said they would. Nice decorations.
